The tasting will take place directly in the heart ofhistoric cellars- belonging tosommelier to King Louis XV. It is toLouvre Cellarsthat a sommelier-cheese maker will have the pleasure of makingtaste 10 cheesescarefully selected by theLouvre Cheese Factoryassorted with5 white winesand of5 red winesforsubtle chords!
This workshopwill take you on through allFrench terroirs; whether it is from chardonnay to grenache via pinot noir, you will attend afestival of colors: from ebony, cherry, brick or ruby red colors to straw, orange or copper white wines. PROCEDURE
Come and taste 10 cheeses paired with 10 wines in the heart of Paris in our historic cellars! Discover a selection of 5 white wines and 5 red wines with a selection of cheeses from the Fromagerie du Louvre. This tasting will be an opportunity to discuss with an enthusiast and learn more about the infinitely complex world of wine while enjoying a selection of fromages. Following these 2 hours you will leave with an in-depth reading of what our terroirs have to offer!
